Procurement Labs is run by Jack Doukov-Eustice. He is a Legal Director who has advised on public procurement for the last decade.
He has gained experience from leading firms in the City of London, advising on some of the UK's largest projects. He has advised central and local government, utilities, private utilities and bidders across many industries. Covering both advisory and contentious advice, he has a deep insight into where material problems arise and why.
A recognised expert, he is on the editorial board of the Public Procurement Law Review and is a regular published author on procurement law.
He was part of a team shortlisted for an FT Innovation Award in 2024 for work on modernising public procurement. He has continued to innovate, designing solutions aimed at reducing the compliance burden on contracting authorities.
Bringing this experience to bear, the aim of Procurement Labs is to create tools that transform core tasks from needing hours of repeated effort (or external legal advice) to simple self-serve solutions that take minutes.
